AgencyClientGeorge P. Johnson
For Google’s annual Las Vegas event—attended by more than 30,000 tech leaders—we designed a spatial experience that translated the Google universe into a navigable, immersive environment. Working with large-scale print suppliers and cutting-edge technologists, our team conceived the space and executed every tactile detail: furniture selection and placement, lighting strategy, and experiential moments that helped a vast space read as purposeful and intimate.

Concept and curation: Developed a cohesive spatial concept that balanced brand identity with human scale. Curated furniture and finishes to create distinct zones for conversation, presentation, and serendipitous encounters.
Wayfinding and navigation: Implemented clear, on-brand wayfinding and sightlines so visitors could orient quickly within the large exhibition hall and move effortlessly between activations.
Interactive experiences: Integrated interactive pieces and tech-driven activations that invited participation and reinforced Google’s product narratives.
Hospitality and activation: Designed pop-up food and drink areas and layered networking spaces to encourage connection while maintaining flow and comfort for high volumes of attendees.
Lighting and atmosphere: Employed lighting design to define zones, guide movement, and create immersive moments—transforming scale into intimacy through texture, color, and contrast.
Production and delivery: Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team—art directors, 3D designers, interior designers, a lighting designer, and third-party installers—plus large-format print and tech partners to bring the concept from schematic to fully realized environment.
