Each spring, the IAB NewFronts in New York City provide the marketing industry with a preview of the future of digital media. At the event, Snapchat presented its vision for the year, combining immersive storytelling, technology, and brand expression.

To kickoff Snapchats vision for new business, we concepted and produced a video spot designed to open the event. The creative featured a journey into the fantastical world of Snapchat, brought to life across three synchronized moving front screens and a large-scale LED back screen.

The event, held at the Jazz at Lincoln Center – Rose Theater in New York, ran for 1–2 hours and was designed to immerse guests in Snapchat’s vision. Working with external vendors, we oversaw the creation and installation of the multi-screen stage, coordinated screen positioning throughout the production, and managed sound and lighting cues in line with the experience blueprint developed by our agency. The venue was styled to align seamlessly with the Snap brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence throughout the space.

Alongside the live experience, our team produced promotional videos showcasing how influencers and businesses engage with the Snapchat platform. The final deliverables spanned real-time motion graphics, AR-enhanced visuals, and a fully designed spatial environment for a 1–2 hour presentation with multiple speakers. Augmented reality activations invited attendees to interact with Snap content in playful new ways, while a cohesive visual identity unified every screen, transition, and touchpoint to ensure the brand felt both elevated and seamless.
